DAD - 9lbs Dad is a Malshi but has no papers. He came from a deal on Craigslist and his papers seem sketchy. But he’s all malshi and has kept his merle coloring. Dad is way more active, and very bold. He’s not as smart as mom, but he’s always in the middle of everything and he knows some great tricks including “Speak”!

MOM - 7lbs Mom is a registerable Malshi with papers. She came from GLAMOUR PUPS here in Jacksonville. She was merle as a pup with amazing coloring, but she turned solid white as she became an adult as Maltese are prone to do. Now she has some brown highlights, but is mostly solid white. She is very sweet and calm, but likes to play, will fetch and is very smart. She is great with her pups and is a very good mommy.

Malshi Puppies ~ Half Maltese & Half Shitzu

The Malshi is one of the smaller designer crossbreeds originating in the US, which is growing in popularity. The breeds that make up the Malshi are the Maltese and the Shih Tzu. The Malshi comes in a variety of sizes, shapes, colours and coat types, but in all cases this is a small companion dog.

How do I know if this is legit?!

You don’t. The puppy business, especially online, is about 99% scams and that’s not an much of an overestimation. I can honestly say you should trust no one. I have noticed that the scams are not difficult to spot however. They don’t say where they are, they have one photo of a perfect dog, there’s no other links to anything & they certainly don’t have a website and references, they don’t speak English well. Etc.. We are real people and you can see the dogs grow up right here & we can make arrangements for you to meet mom and dad, the pups need to be quarantined, but will video conference anytime. I plan on keeping a video log, so you can rest easy and have better info to pick your perfect little buddy. We are also only taking a $200 deposit to secure the pup until it clears the health inspection from the vet.

Congratulations on your decision to buy a puppy, pet, best friend.

I, the buyer, enter into agreement with full knowledge that I assume full responsibility for the life, health and well-being of this puppy.  I, the buyer, have 48 hrs to take this puppy to a veterinarian and return it if it has a life-threatening disease.  Seller is not responsible for the vet bill.  Any neglectful conduct, such as abuse, broken bones or injury to the puppy beyond our home will void this contract.  Seller is not responsible and will not guarantee against common ailments i.e. hypoglycemia, kennel cough, giardia, coccidiosis, parasites, demodex, hernia, hips, patella and cherry eye.  If buyer chooses not to take to a vet within 48 hours it also nulls and voids this contract and buyer assumes full responsibility for puppy.  If puppy is returned to seller at any time it is to be returned with any papers and medical records.  Toy breeds are purchased with the understanding they need extra attention and care to thrive and not get hypoglycemia or dehydration.

1.  The seller is delivering puppy to purchaser in normal healthy condition with health exam and health certificate to verify health.

1.  Puppy must be taken to a licensed vet within 48 hours of receipt of puppy and call seller if there is a congenital life threatening, non-treatable condition only.  A letter must come from licensed vet to seller stating diagnosis.  Again, the seller is not responsible for hypoglycemia. In this instance, the monies will be returned to buyer, puppy will return to seller with all medical records.

1.  Under no circumstance will seller be responsible for any veterinary or other expenses for any reason whatsoever after purchase of puppy. 

1.  Depending on age at least 1 shot has been given.  Keep your puppy inside No puppy is safe until at least 16 weeks old and all shots have been given.  Consult your vet for his/her vaccination schedule.  Puppy has been wormed prior to sale but with changes in the environment seller does not guarantee puppy will be free of parasites/bacteria.   Follow your vet’s advice for a worming and flea schedule.  Give your puppy fresh food and water daily.  Make sure puppy is eating and drinking; keep nutria cal or nutria stat or clear karo on hand.  If puppy shows any signs of hypoglycemia give puppy a small fingernail size and take to vet immediately.

1.  Our deposits are $200 and are non-refundable.  Full payment must be received before the puppy is transferred to purchaser. Payment by Cash App is preferred.   

1.  The buyer agrees that if the puppy is not picked up 3 days after the release date set by the seller, the agreement will be voided and puppy and deposit will become property of seller

1.  We do not guarantee color, size, weight, coat quality, temperament, ability to win show, housebreaking, ears standing or reproducing ability.

1.  Upon payment of full purchase price and all shipping fees, seller agrees to release puppy to purchaser.  Also this document has been signed and received back to seller before release of puppy.  You cannot exchange puppies once deposit has been made.  Puppies cannot be delivered until they are 8 weeks of age or at least 2 lbs.  All shipping arrangements are decided by seller and made at seller’s discretion.

1.  Cost of shipping will be determined based on your location if shipping is required. 

1. Breeder neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees other than those in this agreement.  Buyer signs below to indicate he/she has read, agrees to and understands all conditions of sale.
